| Margaret leads a team of marketing professionals that
bring innovative approaches to markets, companies, and industries
requiring a competitive boost. She has over 18 years marketing
and sales experience in the telecommunications industry specializing
in retail. Margaret’s company has branched out into
industries such as Banking, Construction, Education and Training.
Margaret has held executive positions at five major telecommunication
companies in her career including; CenturyTel, Palmer Wireless,
AT&T, Excel Communications USA/Canada, and McCaw Communications.
As Vice President of Marketing, Product Development, Communications,
and Sales over the past 16 years, she developed and executed
business plans for Wireless, Internet, Long Distance, Paging,
Local, Yellow Pages, Security, Pay Phones, and Data Services
in the United States and Canada. Margaret has spent the past
few years assisting executives with strategic planning, developing
marketing and business plans that has enabled companies to
succeed in highly competitive markets.
Recently Margaret and her team worked with 4What Interactive
in developing an interactive sales training series for Retail
Sales Representatives and Outside Account Executives customized
for telecommunications and service industry.
Known as a Customer Retention specialist because of her pioneering
work with Customer Loyalty programs, she believes that bundled
services are a key component to future customer retention.
She has been invited to speak at over 20 national and international
conferences to share her knowledge and expertise.
Margaret has used her experience to develop solutions that
address the key issues confronting the industries today, such

Ms. McKoin has served as a member of CTIA Public Relations
Executive Committee and as the Vice Chairperson of the Cellular
One Group Advisory Council. She has a bachelor's degree in
business administration and graduate studies in international
marketing. She speaks both French and Japanese.
