| Mark Dice brings over 15 years experience in the wireless
industry to The Time Group. Beginning his career as a small
business owner, he was a leading agent for Cellular One for
over five years. He recently spent nine years with Wireless
One Network a very entrepreneurial wireless company. As Product
Development Manager, he was involved in many different aspects
of the business. Mark also served on the acquisition and transitions
executive team where he directed several billing conversions.
Mark’s duties included all areas of research, business
case development, product development, product launches and
operations. He successfully launched prepaid services, text
messaging, directory assistance with call completion and CDPD.
Each of these products was successfully launched and first
to market products, providing the company with competitive
advantages. Mark attended numerous CTIA conventions and workshops
evaluating new products and back office systems providing
recommendations to executive staff. As product manager Mark
was also responsible for vendor negotiations and relationships.
He has worked on acquisition teams evaluating acquired market’s
products and providing business plans for integration into
current systems. He also served on the transition team for
a sale to ATT Wireless, helping organize a data room and providing
product information to team members.
Since joining The Time Group in 2001, Mark has worked with
Rural Carrier’s to develop their sales distribution
channels, organize Customer Care/Credit and Collections, evaluate
and recommend back office systems, and audit processes for
revenue assurance.
Mark holds a B.S. in Management Entrepreneurship from Florida
Gulf Coast University, he graduated Magna Cum Laude and he
holds an A.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology from Edison
Community College. |
